Since 2008, Paul has been dedicated to environmentally and sustainably sound manufacturing and is fully committed to making sustainable innovation in the built environment commercially viable.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in investment banking and multiple board positions in healthcare, financial, and industrial organizations, Paul brings a wealth of executive and strategic expertise of commercialization of sustainable wood-based products. Prior to this role, during his 12 years as CEO, he successfully restructured and led Accsys Technologies PLC.
Pere is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the biotech and pharma software industry. As a board member and executive at several tech-powered organisations working to transform society and industrial processes, Pere lives and breathes change.
He studied chemical engineering, and co-founded Honext Material S.L. in 2011.

With his exceptional ability to identify and solve complex problems, and his expertise in bringing lab results to pilot plant scale, Adrián is helping Honext to constantly challenge and improve the innovation work to increase the positive impact of the product and the process to enable the next steps of the Honext journey, to scale up the production process so that it will be accessible in more places in the near future.
Adrián, a keen hiker and photographer outside work, is a chemical engineer, with a MSc. in Chemical Engineering and Bioprocesses and a PhD in Chemistry, where he worked on sustainable nanomaterial production and energy storage solutions.

She is a forestry engineer and holds a Diploma in furniture and wood industry professional specialization. In her previous position, Loreto, who is also something of a bookworm, was responsible for successfully introducing the Accoya brand in Spain.

Thanks to a long career and excellent track record in the Customer Service Department at Akzonobel, a multinational chemical company specialized in paints, varnishes and wood, Susana understands the importance of excellent customer service and the necessary set-up behind it to serve customers in different markets with diverse needs and ways of working.
