Susana manages the sales backup, logistics and customer service for our different markets, coordinating communication between departments to achieve process management optimization.

 Thanks to a long career and excellent track record in the Customer Service Department at Akzonobel, a multinational chemical company specialized in paints, varnishes and wood, Susana understands the importance of excellent customer service and the necessary set-up behind it to serve customers in different markets with diverse needs and ways of working.
